Insurance & Patient Financing

Insurance:

Through our Dental Claims Cleanup billing company, we assist patients in getting reimbursement for the Neuromuscular Treatment of TMD. Since TMD is a medical condition, medical insurance can be billed on our patient's behalf. Dental insurance seems to reimburse for the diagnostic part of the treatment, but often, does not provide coverage for the actual TMD treatment. We take all measures to help patients get proper reimbursement and will file the claims and supporting documentation necessary to push the claims through.

Patient Financing:

Since insurance reimbursement can take weeks to months to settle the claims, we require payment at the start of the treatment. We submit claims after each visit, but there is no guarantee of reimbursement. If there is insurance reimbursement, the checks will be payable to the patient and mailed directly from the insurance to the patient. The patient's portion can be financed through our lending partner Care Credit. Please visit their website for pre-approval.
